Ron Fried
That's Me!

Uncle RonRon

I have been a licensed real estate agent since the 1900s. I know, how can I still look 30 and have arms like these!! During the early years my expertise included all aspects of the real-estate profession encompassing – contract negotiation, sales, management and marketing. I also was president of Roncor Mortgage, which helped me understand financing as well. I have represented various institutions such as Wells Fargo Credit Corp, Farmers New World Life Insurance Company, Security Pacific Bank, and Pacific Pioneer Savings & Loan in the management and marketing of the R.E.O. Assets. These portfolios include apartments, office buildings, retail, and special use properties. In addition, as CEO of SAF Investments, I was appointed Receiver/Trustee for the Superior Court of Arizona, requiring intense management and helped me understand the importance of estate planning and bankruptcy. My Ego and Annual sales grew to well over $25M per year is real-estate sales of both commercial property and apartments. If you think that’s bragging I did all of that by the age of 30! Along with my good looks and knowledge this allowed me to move forward in becoming a General Partner in over 30 different real estate partnerships and a multitude of other types of investments. I currently own and/or manage well over 1m square feet of real estate from California to Connecticut. My current real-estate portfolio includes the likes of: Safeway, Fry's Grocery Stores, JC Penny's, Sears, Starbucks, Subway, Peter Piper Pizza, Radio Shack, Great Clips, Arby's, KFC, Big O Tires to name a few. Some of my outside the box investments over the years include: ROI Print Manager, Colourcomp, Durasewitch, American Junkie, El Hefe, Whiskey Row, Scapegoat, Salad & Go, MiCamp Solutions Portfolio investor, Scapegoat wine bar and The Roster Tavern. I told you I like to talk about myself, but I’m not done!!!

I currently sit on the board of these charities: I’m the CFO of the Sheriff’s Youth Assistance foundation, The Treasurer of The Phoenix Navy League and its National Director and California area President, board member of The Arizona Sports & Entertainment Commission, where I co-chaired the Arizona Hall of Fame Induction for the last two years.

Please take the time and look at my self-absorbed website. Wait I almost forgot how did I get the name Uncle RonRon? When I was young my friends Mom use to call me RonRon Jon Radow called me his Uncle Ron, and when Micah Kinsler met me he called me Uncle RonRon … and the rest is History.
